The complex of apartments "Athina" in Syvota, Thesprotia, is newly built with traditional Epirus architecture design. It consists of 4 spacious maisonettes (2-floor apartments), which can accommodate a family of 4 people. In the lush garden you can find plenty of trees and plants, providing natural shadow, as well as a well-equipped playground with plenty of space suitable for young children.
Each maisonette (65 sqm) is consisted of a ground floor and a first floor connected by an internal staircase and can accommodate two to four people (two on each floor). The first floor consists of a double room and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room with two single sofa beds.
All apartments have spacious internal areas, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and satellite TV in the living room. The cleaning is provided every two days. There is a comfortable parking area under the shade of the trees and a large garden suitable for young children.
