The nearest beach, Zavia is accessible on foot and is about 280 m. At 300 m the market starts on the main road with super markets, bakery, patisserie, taverns and cafes. The road continues to the port at 1000 m.

The entrance from the public road is from an independent door as well as from the front door that introduces the complex and the covered parking for 2 places.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the house, the private pool and the garden, except the outdoor storage with the tools and the pool engine room.
